Added the first last-author paper and one review paper!”

After a long struggle, finally my first last-author paper was published in Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences! It was an exciting achievement in a great collaboration with the group of Dr. Georg Hochberg at MPI Marburg! Combining biochemistry and bioinformatics, we acquired exciting results about the possible history of the diversification of the colorful photoreceptor cyanobacteriochromes.

One more paper, the review of c-di-GMP second messenger in cyanobacteria is also out in microLife! This review is kind of the summary paper of the collaboration within the framework of SPP1879, to which I belonged as an associate PI. About this review, I also contributed to a blog post at #FEMSmicroBlog.
